Refund & Return Policy

IMBUE Design and Photography provides professional services and does not sell physical products through this website. Therefore, physical product returns are not applicable.

Refunds and cancellations are reviewed based on the nature of the service, the agreed scope of work, the stage of delivery, and the terms stated in the quotation or invoice.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a client requests cancellation before work has started, a refund may be considered, subject to any administrative, payment processing, or third-party costs already incurred.

Cancellation After Work Starts

If work has already started, been partially delivered, or completed, payments may be non-refundable in full or in part, depending on the amount of work completed and costs incurred.

Media Buying & Advertising Spend

Media buying, advertising spend, and campaign budgets may be non-refundable once the budget has been committed, launched, or spent on advertising platforms.

Payment Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers may be non-refundable.
