These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by IMBUE Design and Photography.
Our services are mainly B2B professional services, including digital marketing, advertising campaign management, media buying, design/creative services, campaign tracking, reporting, and related support.
Scope of Services
All services are provided based on an agreed quotation, proposal, invoice, or scope of work. Prices, timelines, deliverables, and campaign budgets may vary depending on the client's requirements.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, access, materials, and any required content or assets needed to deliver the agreed services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated in the relevant quotation or invoice. Payment may be made by bank transfer or secure payment link. Where online payment processing fees apply, they may be shown separately on the invoice or payment request.
Media Buying & Advertising Spend
Media buying or advertising spend is based on the client's approved campaign budget. Once advertising budgets are committed, launched, or spent on advertising platforms, they may not be refundable.
Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed scope of work may require a revised quotation, timeline, or invoice.
Performance & Delivery
IMBUE Design and Photography will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and according to the agreed scope. However, advertising performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, audience behavior, and client approvals.
Invoices
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
